Perfect location with everything we needed for our stay. If you’re a returning visitor and have stayed on both sides of the island then this is the perfect spot for North end access to the best local food spots and unlimited beach access. Watching the sunrise from the balcony room was 100% a great surprise. Check in and check out was great and everyone was so helpful. Thank you for the hospitality, see you again soon !

La Poza is a great location to enjoy Islas Mujeres. Esteban, at the front desk is the best host with an excellent personality to welcome and assist guests

The best property in Isla Mujeres! The condo was spotless and had everything we needed.
Esteban at the front desk and Marcos doing maintenance were always asking if we needed anything. They were always there with new water bottles for drinking and with new linens.
We love the location because it is so close to everything.
Marcos spent hours cleaning the almost spotless pool, polishing the stainless ladders and making it the best pool in Isla.

Absolutely loved this condo and would book it again. Great location, stunning views! We could watch the sunrises from the condo. Pool was lovely and located just outside our door. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. Estefan at the front desk was so accommodating. We rented a golf cart at Ciros right across the road and there was ample parking for the cart in the parking lot next door. We were within walking distance of everything. Only Friday night could we hear some noise from one of the bars but it was very tolerable. Didn’t hear anything any of the other evenings. Host was very responsive. Absolutely nothing to complain about here! And P.S. there was an iron in the bedroom closet! Looking forward to our next visit here.

Great modern building. Very clean and well maintained. Friendly staff. Only downside is the very loud surroundings. School behind plays loud music in the mornings at 8am and bars and hostel plays loud music late into the night sometimes until 3am. Great pool area.

Our 2nd time staying in #501. Very thankful the building has had great upkeep and cleaning. Love the pool area and room. Had a great 2 week stay now that we brought ear plugs for sleeping. Will be back again.

We were very pleased with our 2 week stay at La Poza booked through Everything Isla. We have been to the island over a dozen times and this is by far the nicest place we have stayed. The building was clean and safe, we saw upkeep everyday. The pool is gorgeous day and night with fantastic views.
Estaban at the front desk met our every need with a smile. If I asked for somthing missing from the condo (tea towels) it was delivered that day or the next morning. The bed is comfortable and the condo is brand new. The patio has a great view. Great location to restaurants and Hidalgo.
A quick walk to all 3 beaches. Carolina was kind enough to allow us a late check out. We will definitely return to La Poza and book through Everything Isla again.

I had a wonderful stay at this condo! The location is great, just one block off of the main street, Hidalgo, so it is close to all the great restaurants and shops! Very close North Beach, just a quick and easy walk (2 city blocks max!) It is also fairly close to the ferry, I was able to walk with my suitcase in tow. The unit is pristine, clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. There are 2 AC units, one in the living/kitchen and in the bedroom. Bedroom was spacious, has a large TV, and bed and pillows were comfortable. The view from the balcony is beautiful and you can see the ocean! The listing photos don't show it but there is a table with 2 chairs and a wonderful lounging rocker chair on the balcony, a great place to drink your coffee in the morning or have a cocktail in the evening. The rooftop pool was wonderful with incredible views of the ocean. The building staff were wonderful and having a 24 hour doorman made me feel extra safe. Would absolutely recommend!
