Such a great place. Our send time. So thankful to spend time there. Also with such a great location.

This rental was everything that was shown but still felt like more. You are just a few steps away from Hildalgo but never hear the noises from the street from your room. You're only a five minute walk from Playa Norte which has the softest sand and most amazing water and scenery. There was ALWAYS someone to help or ask questions to in the lobby and they were all very friendly and happy. We plan on coming back to the island next year and will definitely be looking into staying here again.

Great and convenient location within walking distance to Playa Norte, the ferry, and good restaurants. Staff were very friendly and very responsive. Condo was clean and had lots of amenities. Would definitely stay there again.

The unit was in a perfect location - 5 min walk from the beach and 3 min walk to downtown with dozens of restaurants to chose from. All great quality!! Unit was clean well kept and well equipped. Highly recommend for a perfect stay!!

This is our second time staying in this building. It is well located, clean and well maintained. The pool is a great place to chill after a day at the beach or to watch the sunrise or sunset. The door men are helpful and keep an eye on the entry, so we always felt safe.This specific unit is well equipped, the bed and bedding are super comfortable, and the living room area is relaxing. Property management was responsive and easy to deal with. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo is exactly as described and as it appears in the photos. The king size bed is super comfortable. The location is great, one block from the main pedestrian area and a few blocks from playa Norte. Just a couple minor issues (no hand soap and the washer wasn’t working), but they are easy fixes and will probably be solved. Host was really responsive throughout the stay.

La Poza is a great condo complex within close Proximity to everything in Playa Norte. Wonderful roof top pool & views of the island. ?

Very nice digs. Right downtown but quiet for sleeping. All things functional and very clean. Will stay again when visiting Isla.

Belle a endroit a proximité des plages et des restaurants. Esteban est très serviable à la réception. Il y a une école a coté qui joue de la musique assez forte le matin ce qui nous a réveillé quelques fois mais rien de dérangeant. Les hotes répondent rapidement au message. Nous sommes allé a la piscine quelques fois en fin de journée et nous étions tout seul ce qui était plutôt agréable.

Very cozy Unit and close to restaurants and beach. Would stay here again in the future! Esteban at the front desk downstairs was very helpful.

he concierge service was responsive and super helpful. The condo and its amenities were wonderful. Clean and in the perfect location! We also booked a whale shark excursion though the concierge that was perfect. We will be back!

From the responsiveness pre arrival, to a quick check in, to amenities being better than expected overall, we could not be happier! We will be back! The concierge was a nice touch and we loved the whale shark dive.

Fabulous apartment! Very clean, comfortable and close to everything! Esteban was always there to give a smile and offer help with anything. Staff were very friendly. The rooftop pool has an incredible view! Highly recommend La Poza! We plan to return.

We had a wonderful stay at La Poza #302! The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The kitchen provided enough to make simple meals. The North beach was only a 5 minute walk away and a variety of restaurants were very close by. Esteban and all the staff were very helpful and friendly! The roof top pool had an amazing view of the north end. We plan to stay at La Poza again soon!

We loved La Poza. The room was great with everything we needed. Easy walk to the beach and all of the wonderful thing Isla Mujeres has to offer.

Great choice for our 2 week stay on Isla

Stayed Dec 4-11th n unit #302 and it was great, left to go to a condo in cancun which was not good, so not good we left cancun and came back to La Poza and stayed in unit #401. The building is very new, the units are very comfortable and modern. The building is safe and monitored, front desk and property managers are very friendly so is Julie the concierge even though we didn't use her we did ask questions which she answered quickly. There's a great (best priced) golf cart rental right across the street and I think we ate almost daily at Los Burritos taco place on the corner (30 peso tacos mmm).

This place was wonderful, and we will definitely return. Estavan at the front desk was also extremely friendly and helpful getting us what we needed any time we had questions. The pros were:
1. Location was amazing! - only a block to the beach and only a block away from all of the best restaurants, bars etc. You really don't need transportation because everything is walkable.
2. The place was very clean, and the bed and sheets were really comfy in the main bedroom.
3. Estavan at the front desk was really helpful and always wore a smile.
4. We absolutely loved the roof top pool- was great for sunset!

Cons:
1. Not enough towels-- for a weeklong stay it would have been nice to have extra bath towels, and there was only one beach towel provided so we had to ask for more.
2. The fold out "bed" was more of a futon and was very hard. I would definitely recommend the owner provide a thick cozy mattress pad to make this comfier for the kids.

Overall, we had a great stay!

The place was immaculate, everyone was very helpful! Central location- next to the best juice bar and coffee shop! Excellent apartment for that price! So happy I stayed there!

Family and I had a wonderful stay. The condo was super clean and provided all possible amenities and needs. They even provided a huge 5 gallon water tank for the water machine and a fresh bag of ice in the refrigerator! Everything you could possibly need for household living are provided and plenty of it. The location is simply perfect and central to everything. The 24 hour lobby staffing is also extra reassuring. The management staff promptly returned any and all messages for questions, etc. Stayed in unit 302. Will definitely be returning and coming back!

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable
The pool area is very nice
The elevator did stop working while we were there and there was nobody on 24/7 as advertised so we didn’t want to take it again
A bin with a lid for the toilet paper in the bathroom would be nice
The area is great to walk around and find lots of places to eat and very close to three beaches

We loved the stay! Front desk security was super friendly. Pool was amazing with amazing views. Location is awesome, only a few blocks from the beach. We will stay again.

Our stay at La Poza was phenomenal! The 1-bedroom space was clean, comfortable, and felt like a true home away from home. The real highlight was the rooftop pool with its breathtaking views. The location was perfect, and the host was incredibly accommodating. Highly recommend for an unforgettable experience!

Julia was our personal concierge. I asked her for help with transportation, entertainment, activities, etc. and she did everything in a timely manner with perfect communication. I can not imagine a better concierge experience. Her local knowledge was also very helpful and she volunteered relevant information without bombarding me with too much information. Seems obvious to me she is quite experienced and loves her job.

Great location, comfortable and safe. Friendly staff and a refreshing pool with a view. Well stocked with items we needed.

Great place to stay on Isla Mujeres! It’s located a short walk from the beach, bars and restaurants but still had privacy and was a quiet place to unwind. Hosts were responsive regarding any questions or requests we had. Definitely recommend!

This was an amazing place to stay. The condo itself was excellent, very clean and safe. We loved the rooftop pool and area to lounge in the sun. The staff at the front desk were so friendly and welcoming every time we saw them. It was a great location in walking distance of everything but didn’t feel too loud at any point. We absolutely loved our stay. The condo is extremely clean and well appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was beautifully decorated as well. We especially enjoyed the balcony (don’t forget to look for the HUGE iguana that suns himself daily on the other side of the wall). Front desk staff is kind and helpful (Thanks, Esteban!). The location is perfect, close everything we could want. It also felt very safe.

The rooftop infinity pool is a tranquil oasis with amazing views of both sides of the island. Perfect for catching both sunrise and sunset views.
Pro tip: The juice bar and coffee shop on the first floor are a great way to start the day.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The unit was well appointed and clean. The location is great with beaches a very short walk in three directions. The golf cart rental across the street was convenient. Being in centro, there were eating and drinking establishments all over the place. The roof top pool was perfect temperature, and the views are awesome. It would have been nice to have a book or folder with instructions for the washing machine unit and other amenities. There was only one roll of toilet paper, so a little bigger supply would be nice! Having sone English speaking TV channels would be a nice touch too. Overall a really nice place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this new property right in the heart of Isla Mujeres. The unit came stocked with all the little things that make a stay nice. Cold AC and a nice pool on the rooftop.

My husband and I enjoyed everything about our stay at La Poza #302. From the friendly greetings from Esteban at the front desk to the incredible rooftop pool, we felt like we were in paradise the whole time. Our unit was perfectly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed being in a place that felt like we were in the heart of Isla. We slept very well on the comfortable bed and were pleasantly surprised by the modern aesthetic of the unit. The air conditioner works extremely well, we were able to do some laundry in the unit, and the TVs both worked well for any down time that we had. We both rate La Poza #302 a 10/10 and would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing island getaway!

Great stay. About a 5 min walk to the beach and restaurants right outside. There was a water dispenser for drinking. We were provided with bath towels, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap. They even had a cooler which was convenient for the beach! The condo was clean and the rooftop pool was nice. Would stay again! Thanks

Great place to stay! We spent 10 days and loved the accommodations and location. We were walking distance from great restaurants, the beach and the grocery store to name a few. We used the rooftop pool every day.

The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The staff at the front desk was very nice and incredibly helpful.

We look forward to coming back next year!
