Loved the property! It was very clean! Host was fabulous shops were close along with the beach! We would definitely stay again

This location is ideal, esp if you enjoy your beach time, eats and drinks! The staff were friendly and accommodating, and made sure we had what we needed. Estaban always went above and beyond and even helped us find bicycles to rent nearby, as well a place to safely store them. The custodian that looked after the floors etc kept the place absolutely spotless. Having the pool to use after a nice hot day at the beach was a treat! The room itself was also very nice and clean; perfect little kitchen for making light snacks and drinks, but you could also make full meals. The bed was also very comfortable! We would absolutely stay here again.

Very clean and great location for access to North Beach!

Loved the property itself. Apartment very well located. Clean. Very nice pool. Close to everything. I would have appreciated that there is one or two pots for cooking. The concierge Esteban is very nice and always ready to help. A little noisy because of the proximity of bars. But an overall great place.

Right in the middle of everything, wonderful stay!

Located in central. Clean condo with excellent staff and clean, cold pool.

Building was clean, easy access and an elevator. Communication with the building management was fast. Esteban who manages the front was fantastic and helped us quickly any time we asked and even seemed to anticipate what we might need help with during our stay. I would stay here again 100%!

We loved staying at La Poza # 301. Beautiful location and the condo was perfect for us two to stay in. We loved the fact that there was a kitchen in her too with ample amount of space. The bed was comfortable as well as we often find this not the case in hotels. We love the short walk to Hildago street and the noise did not bother us at all as it was quiet after 11:00 pm. Concierge did a wonderful job helping to get groceries, and helping to schedule a day excursion. Highly recommend. We just love this little island paradise and can't wait to get back. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Location (downtown) and nice new building!

This was a great place for us to stay! I would definitely stay here again. The location was great, we rented a golf cart and never had any issues with parking close by. It is also very walkable to the beach, restaurants, bars and shops. It is very new and well built and pretty. The rooftop pool was great we went up there almost daily to watch the sunset and it was usually just us. The front desk people were extremely nice and helpful. Had a great time overall!

The condo was great, just as nice as the pictures. The building was very clean and bright and the location was great for walking to the beach and restaurants. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool was awesome. I would definitely recommend this place and will stay here again if I return.

Amazing place, if we visit the island again it will definitely be back at La Poza. The main gentlemen who runs the building made our stay so comfortable.

Great in town location, walkable to restaurants and beach. Rooftop pool is refreshing and clean. One of the places with an elevator. Spotless building, well managed. Like most places in the area, minimal linens, but the pillows are great and pool towels are a great addition. Minimal kitchen utensils and dishes, but the restaurants in the area are worth not having to cook. Good water pressure in the shower. Excellent first aid kit. Very spacious. My second stay in this building. I chose this location as a frequent visitor to the area. Biggest pros are location to everything, golf cart parking in a nearby public lot, rooftop pool, 24 hr desk person, full sized kitchen and spacious rooms.

Everything was great! Close to Playa Norte and Hidalgo Street! Will book again on our next trip!

The condo was spotless, easy to find, and had all the amenities we needed. The front desk team was always friendly, responsive, and offered additional help and suggestions for things to do and safe places to visit. We loved our stay and are looking forward to staying here again!

Great place, will definitely stay again

This place was just incredible. Close to everything, the front desk workers were accommodating and respectful. The pool is excellent, A/C works perfectly.
