We had an absolutely amazing stay! Alejandro was an incredible host—responsive, welcoming, and made everything so easy from check-in to check-out.The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed. The A/C worked perfectly (which was such a plus in the island heat!), the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the entire space felt modern, cozy, and well cared for.The location couldn’t have been better. It’s in a safe, walkable area and right next to a great coffee shop, making it easy to start each morning. We were three women traveling together, and we always felt comfortable and secure walking around.This was hands down the best place I’ve ever stayed on Isla Mujeres, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book it again. I highly recommend staying here—you won’t be disappointed! :) Can’t wait to come back!

This was my fourth trip to Isla, and by far the best place I’ve stayed. The location was excellent, with several great restaurants and shops just a short walk away. The beach was only a block from the apartment, making it incredibly convenient. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and everything worked exactly as it should. I would definitely stay here again.

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay at this unit. It is located in a great location, amazing coffee and smoothie bar right downstairs and golf cart rentals across the street.
It was a 5 minute walk to Playa Norte and to the restaurants.
The unit itself was big and great for our family of four, lots of space to spread out.
The building always had a person to greet you downstairs, so it felt safe and secure.

This is the second time we have stayed at La Poza and for the second time it did not disappoint. Everything was ready upon arrival and the communication throughout our entire trip was excellent. The unit was clean, spacious and provided us with everything we needed for our stay. The rooftop pool is perfect for sunny days and provides great views of the island and surrounding water. We will definitely be coming back!

We had a fantastic stay at La Poza! The location was perfect, just a block and a half from the beach and a block from Hidalgo Street, with all its shops and restaurants. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. The full kitchen was a huge plus! We loved the rooftop pool with its amazing ocean views. Alex, our point of contact, was super helpful and communicative. Esteban, building staff, was also super helpful. The street was lively during the day and evenings, but quiet at night. Plus, having a golf cart rental place right across the street made exploring the island a breeze!

The property is beautiful and close to restaurants and 3 minute walk to North beach. We will definitely be back.

Photos do not justify how pretty the condominium is and so clean! So closed to the beach less than 2 blocks. Many restaurants around less than 5mns. The concierge is very attentive and kept the place so clean. Beautiful pool in the rooftop. Will definitely come back.

Our recent stay at this incredible condo in Isla Mujeres was absolutely perfect, my husband and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we knew we'd found something special.
First and foremost, the location was perfect!! It’s right in the middle of everything. Beach is just a short walk away and the vibrant main downtown area was an easy and delightful walk away. We loved being able to pop out for delicious meals- do not pass up Fish&Gin-explore the shops, and soak in the lively atmosphere without needing a golf cart or taxi. It truly offered the best of both worlds – tranquility by the beach and easy access to all the island's excitement.
Beyond the prime location, the host, Tara, was a joy to work with such clear communication before our arrival to thoughtful touches during our stay, she and her local help, Alejandro, went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and memorable experience. Their local recommendations were spot on, we got to swim with whale sharks, and they were always readily available to answer any questions we had. It's truly a testament to a host who genuinely cares about their guests.
The condo itself was beautifully appointed, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The rooftop pool was so nice to come back to after the beach!! We're already dreaming of our next trip back to this little slice of paradise. Easy check in, responsive host and front desk. Quick communication via text. Excellent location close to everything. Nice condo and excellent amenities, pool, balcony, kitchen and fast wifi. From booking to checkout everyone ensured we had everything we needed and were having a nice time. Would stay again, highly recommended!

#204 was absolutely beautiful inside and out! We loved the convenient location and the safe feel! Esteban was very attentive to our needs and greeted us every time we came and left. They also cleaned the outside of our door area every time we came back from the beach which was a life saver that I noticed we were the only ones who had that great feature! The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms beautiful! The kitchen offered a great at home feeling! Would recommend this condo to anyone wanting to travel to isla.

Loved the property itself. Pool was very pretty. Noise was a bit loud from the active downtown bars, but an overall great place.

Nice new 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo. Location was close to North Beach and felt very safe and secure. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Alex was particularly responsive throughout the entire process to make sure everything was good, and was extremely helpful in scheduling travel back to Cancun. The noise from the neighboring bars is loud in the street facing bedroom, but was worth it to be so close to the beach and downtown. Would stay again.

This island never disappoints and this location was convenient, clean and new. Pictures were very accurate. We were able to walk to and from the beautiful North beach daily and since this location was right in the mix of authentic cuisine and fun nightlife it was easy to enjoy our trip without a lot of driving. The host Alex was friendly, accommodating and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great location, only a couple blocks to the beach and just one block from all the fabulous restaurants, we could exchange our US dollars to pesos directly across the street at Electra. It's a beautiful condo. Plenty of room for us and our daughter and grandson. We would definitely stay here again.

My mother and I stayed in this 2 bedroom unit and had plenty of room. Alejandro was easy to connect with via WhatsApp, friendly and responsive when we had questions. He met us at check in to show us around and give us the key.
There was plenty of bottled water and a nicely stocked kitchen (plates, glasses, silverware, can opener, pans, etc). There were plenty of bath towels, plus four beach towels. The balcony was great for drying our wet towels/ swimsuits.

The rooftop pool was fabulous! We had it all to ourselves most of the time and used it daily.

The location is very convenient. Easy walk to Playa Norte, Playa Media Luna (great place to look for shells and sea glass) and the start of the malecon (walkway along the Caribbean side). The Mercado is right next door, there is a great little coffee shop downstairs. The best taco cart (Tacos Salsa, try it!) is right down the street.

The only con is the main bedroom faces a busy street with a bar across the way that plays loud music at night. They did provide ear plugs in case they were needed to sleep, but I was able to sleep with the white noise app going on my phone. Noise wasn't an issue in the other bedroom.
