Nice and clean condo! Like the pictures.

This is our second time staying in this unit. We like it for its walk ability, the neighborhood , it’s in. It’s a couple minutes to the beach a couple minutes to the restaurants and shopping. The rooftop pool is something that we use a lot. We enjoy the balcony, the front desk is always helpful. One thing we missed from our visit six months ago was it had a washing machine, I am not sure if that still listed in the description or not but we paid for laundry service just a block down and that worked out fine too. We would definitely stay again.

Great place, we would definitely stay here again next time we’re visiting. Had everything we needed - kitchen, beautiful rooftop pool, bedroom separate from living area, etc. Bonus was that it was within walking distance to just about everything. Staff was friendly too, no issues with our stay.

A really nice new condo right in the heart of downtown Isla Mujeres! Easy walk to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and activities.

We loved our stay. The condo is centrally located, we enjoyed the walk ability of the area, two blocks to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The taco place on the corner across the street was one of our favorites. We used the pool, on 3 days it was lovely. The property was really clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We visited during the holidays so the school next door was closed. The only thing I would recommend is the living room couch is uncomfortable and a bit of housekeeping in the condo every couple of days would be nice. We will be returning for sure! ?️

This property was perfect for our vacation in Isla. The location was within a few blocks of all of our favorite spots. The condo is very comfortable and had everything we needed. We plan to stay here every time we visit Isla!

My husband and I visit the island annually, and this stay has been our favorite by far. We’re already planning to make this our go-to place in the future. Ubicación perfecta cerca de bares y restaurantes. A unos cuantos pasos de la playa Norte , ideal para quienes prefieren caminar. Muy céntrico y cómodo. El personal que atiende el lugar muy amable. Espero volver pronto.

Great location, wonderful condo. Everything was clean and pleasant and there was never anyone at the rooftop pool. I had it all to myself every day. Highly recommend!

My wife and I had a great stay at La Posa. The AirBnb is well run - clear process and communication, easy check in, well appointed, virtual concierge available. Very easy stay. True to the pictures and the description. The unit is on the rear side of the building, so it’s well protected from the street noise (but the view is just ok). Very convenient location in Playa Norte. We really enjoyed the pool on the roof too.

Esteban and all of his staff were fantastic. Just a pleasure to be around. We got some answers to questions from Carolina that were inconsistent. We thought there was shampoo and body wash and there was not, also said there was told no laundry but we did have washer in the room. Just wasn’t sure who we should communicate questions prior to our stay. Overall great location, clean and friendly staff .

We had a wonderful stay at La Poza #203. It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook simple meals. Esteban and all the staff were great and we felt very safe here. The condo was quiet, yet so close to all the restaurants and action. The North Beach was only a 5 minute walk away. Finally, the rooftop pool had the most amazing view of the entire north end! We will definitely return to La Poza next year!

We had a wonderful stay at La Poza #203! Very clean and comfortable space with everything you need to cook simple meals. The room was very quiet even though so close to all the restaurants and action. Only a 5 minute walk to Playa del Norte. Esteban and all the staff were amazing! Finally the roof top pool was great, with an amazing view of the entire north end! We are already planning to return next year.

My parents and I really enjoyed our stay here! We’ve been to the island many times and loved the location of this property, close to the beach and Hidalgo St as well as some amazing restaurants off the beaten path. Property manager was quick to respond and helpful with any issues/questions we had. Infinity pool is beautiful too!

We loved our stay at this centrally located condo. Very clean building, the maintenance gentleman takes his work seriously and does a fantastic job keeping the property squeaky clean.

Esteban at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

The unit is on the 2nd floor, overlooking a pre school. School starts at 830 and is done just after noon. We loved hearing the school children singing Christmas songs. We’re early morning people, so the sound from the school wasn’t a bother at all.

The condo was properly equipped, for towels they provide 2 beach, 2 bath, 2 hand and 2 face cloths. We packed extra to have. Esteban will swap them out any time for you.

Handy having the 5 gallon water with electric pump, which he will replace as needed too.

In room laundry was helpful as well, and there are laundry cleaners close by if you prefer.

Hammock was nice to have and very comfortable, but a challenge to get into it.

Was a beautiful large clean apt. Security was A+, which was important. The laundry room was a plus. Would recommend this destination to anyone, close to water and restaurants.

Great place and host!

Great little apartment in the heart of the Isla Mujeres downtown area on the North side of the Island. Walkable to all the amazing dining on Hildago Ave, Grocery 3 blocks away, and a short walk to the famously picturesque Playa Norte (North Beach). The roof top pool was an added bonus, great amenity!

5 star AirBnB stay! Loved the spacious and clean condo, great new building with excellent staff, perfect communication from the host, easy check-in/check-out, excellent coffee shop on first floor, nice big views from the rooftop pool. Prime location 3 blocks from Playa Norte, and just one block from from all the action on Hidalgo, yet surprisingly peaceful. We walked everywhere with no need for taxis or golf carts. This particular unit is on the north-end of the backside of the building, so very private and no street noise, just cheerful children's voices from the daycare next door. Upon arrival, we walked to the condo from the ferry terminal, though those with larger luggage or mobility limitations will want to take a taxi. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Isla!!

Excellent stay! Beautiful new property in ideal location- 5 minute walk to Playa Norte, and just one block from all the action on Hidalgo yet peaceful and quiet at night. Great building staff. Easy check-in/check-out. Coffee shop downstairs is excellent. Condo was spacious, comfortable, clean, and well appointed (only thing missing was soap for the shower). We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Isla!

Excellent location and wonderful stay! Easy walking distance to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world and just one block away from dozens of restaurants and shops. Grocery store is a few blocks away and the kitchen is equipped to make simple meals. We felt very safe and the building has video surveillance. The building was quiet but there is street noise that was easily handled with a sound machine app on my phone. The rooftop pool gives multiples views of the water & surrounding area. Isla Mujeres is beautiful & definitely worth the trip! BUT, you will absolutely need cash because many restaurants don’t accept credit cards or add a fee for use of a card. We rented a golf cart for one day to explore the rest of the island but the area where this condo is located is easy to explore on foot.

Awesome location, right in the middle of everything from bars, to restaurants and shopping. Only a block and a half walk to norte beach. Very cozy, clean, spacious and modern room with everything you need. Will definitely be staying again!

Loved the location seriously walking distance to everything in north end. The condo was very clean and building in general very clean. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make you feel welcome. Loved having a washer but it was a washer and dryer in one and I never really did get it to dry the clothes so keep that in mind if using. Very happy with our stay!

So conveniently located. Great restaurants across the street. Easy walk to Playa Norte and the ferry terminal. Very modern place with plenty of room. Nicely equipped with everything you would need. Security 24-hours (not really needed) but nice to know they're there. Nice pool area too. We would definitely stay again.
