This condo was absolutely perfect for our family (2 adults, 2 children ages 2 & 5). You can't beat the location on North Beach! Having the on site restaurant, pool, and beach steps outside the sliding door was priceless. The staff at Ixchel are very attentive and the property felt secure and well maintained. We have visited Isla Mujeres 3 years in a row and this has been our favorite property to date. Thank you!

Perfect property for us!! The condo was ideally located on the first floor with walk out patios that quickly accessed the heated pool, beach and restaurant. The servers would bring us breakfast and drinks right to our patio! The unit was well equipped with water, kitchen essentials and coffee. The rooms are big and plenty of closet space for everyone. The hotel’s laundry facility is conveniently located just a few steps outside the unit and offers pay per load washers/dryers. Overall a fantastic experience and best location on the island, it’s worth the price! We will be back!

This property is extraordinary. I have stayed at Ixchel several times. However, this property was beautiful. It was on the first floor, which made it so much easier because we had a baby with us. Even without the baby, I would definitely stay there again.. The staff was outstanding.! It is by far my favorite place to stay while I’m on the island.

Except for a bit of a hiccup at checkin (the hotel front desk initially didn't seem to know who we were) and the AC in one of the bedrooms not keeping it ice-box cold like I usually preferr (but I never complained to the hotel or host), it was a wonderful stay. perfect for kids!

I’ve been to Isla Mujeres a few times and I must say this property cannot be better placed. What a great spot with great staff and cannot wait to come back.

Love this room and location. Last year we stayed 10 days and I considered ordering a mattress topper for the bed. ? I had zero issues sleeping in this bed for a week. Might not have been as comfy as my own bed, but I had zero issues sleeping. Everything you need to cook was very well supplied. Would definitely rent from again and hope to do it sooner than later!

Best location on the beach! Hands down!

The beautiful 2B/2B condo has been beautifully remodeled recently. The living room, kitchen in the middle of the 2 Bedrooms is ideal! We really enjoyed the walkout patio on the first floor and sitting outside the pool and restaurant was our favorite! Hugo the waiter even brought us breakfast outside of our room! Perfect spot within steps of Norte beach and all of the activity downtown! Pricey, but you get what you pay for!

This condo was perfect for travelling with kids. Beautifully appointed, it gave us a large family space and a separate bathroom for the adults to enjoy. Its ground floor location made getting to and from the beach with a two-year old and a five month old a breeze. It was so close to the pool that we could go for a dip with the baby monitor on after the kids went to bed.

Our stay at Ixchel 2107/108 was so so nice! 1st floor and at the pool. The staff at Ixchel is the BEST! They make sure you are taken care of and happy the entire stay. The room is super clean and well cared for. The kitchen is well stocked and if you need anything Ixchel staff will help. The booking process with Everything Isla was easy and quick responses.
