We just finished a one week stay at this beautiful property on Playa North on Isla Mujeres. The condo was an A. The location is steps from the beach, yet quiet. The outdoor patio was the perfect shady spot to have meals from the restaurant, or eat something we prepared from the full kitchen. We did both. We will be back.

Beautiful location. Beach was a bit busier than I prefer, but the ocean here is clear and very swimmable. Condo is nicely furnished and comfortable. The location in the complex is great! Right by the pool and across from the cafe.

It was more than I imagined it could be. As soon as we arrived early we felt at home with access to pool, beach, restaurant. The employees were so very kind and the condo was perfect. And right next to the pool!

Our condo was in a perfect location. Just walked out our sliding door to the patio next to the pool. The living room is beautiful and well laid out. The staff at the front desk, restaurant and beach were wonderful.

We booked in April for our December stay. I will say that I got a little nervous when I reached out in July and did not get a response. It was in November the responses got better.

Everything Isla Concierge Service was wonderful. We took advantage of the door to door transportation service. Julia made all the arrangements, and it made our arrival and departure so smooth. I would use the door to door transportation again.

Great location at Ixchel! A few steps to the pool and beach. The condo is well appointed and very clean. Posted pictures are accurate and the layout is great!
However, WiFi can be unreliable and slow. This is common at Ixchel. If you need WiFi, consider bringing a booster.
Overall a very good property to stay at while visiting Isla Mujeres.
