By reserving the entire property, guests have exclusive use of the Owner Suite, North Suite, and South Suite, creating a comfortable balance between gathering together and enjoying privacy when needed.
The property offers three separate sleeping areas across two levels. The ground-floor Owner Suite features one bedroom with a king-size bed, one en-suite full bathroom, a half bath in the living area, and a double sofa bed, along with an open-concept living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and in-unit washer and dryer. Upstairs, the North and South Suites each feature a king-size bed, one full bathroom, a small living area with TV, and a convenient kitchenette. The two upper suites are connected by a shared gallery before their individual entrances, providing an additional space to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
Outdoors, guests can enjoy the infinity pool and spacious pool deck with open Caribbean views, along with an additional half bath, outdoor shower, and charcoal grill. The property’s oceanfront setting also makes mornings especially memorable, with beautiful sunrise views over the Caribbean just steps from the house.
Casa Roca Chaac is especially well suited for families or groups who want to stay together while still having plenty of personal space. Each suite has its own distinct layout and private areas, allowing everyone to enjoy the property at their own pace while still sharing the pool, outdoor spaces, and main gathering areas.
Casa Roca Chaac is set in a peaceful area near Punta Sur, within easy reach of local restaurants, beach clubs, scenic coastal spots, and some of the island’s best-known attractions. A golf cart makes it simple to explore the rest of Isla Mujeres while returning to a quieter setting at the end of the day.
Complimentary housekeeping is provided Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, along with regular garden maintenance. These services are not available on weekends. Coffee is provided for your stay.
