Before entering the suite, guests have access to a shared gallery with the North Suite, offering additional outdoor space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. From the upper level, beautiful Caribbean views become part of the experience, while downstairs the shared infinity pool and spacious pool deck provide an inviting place to unwind. The pool area also includes an additional half bath, outdoor shower, and shared charcoal grill. In the morning, enjoy one of Casa Roca Chaac’s most memorable features: sunrise over the Caribbean.

Complimentary housekeeping is provided Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, along with regular garden maintenance. These services are not available on weekends. Coffee is provided for your stay.
