This was our first time on Isla and my family of six couldn’t have been more pleased with this house for my mom’s 75th birthday adventure. The location is on the end of a dead end street so there is no traffic in the front of the house and the backyard sits on top of a 15’ drop off straight to the sea. There is a rickety ladder that some of us climbed down to look at the coral below, which was my niece’s highlight of our trip, but not for the faint of heart. We all loved having our own bedrooms with air conditioners, and having all the bathrooms was such a joy. The laundry room was stocked with all of the extra supplies you could want like laundry soap, dryer sheets plus each bathroom had shampoo, conditioner & soap, fresh, clean white towels and lots of thick, beach towels as well. We felt safe at the house and while there are many stairs, it gave us so much extra room to spread out and really enjoy our first ever Mexico vacation. The view was legendary, we want to return ASAP!!

We had a family vacation (11 people) at this property and it was perfect for our needs. The hosts were incredibly attentive and made the process from airport to house seamless. They responded immediately to any questions. The locations is amazing with great food options right around the corner. Thanks for the great stay!

I rented the Casa One Love for my boyfriend’s 37th birthday and everything was absolutely divine. From communications with the concierge, Laura; being proactive with travel accommodations and constant communication… to the host Kate, giving precise and clear instruction on check-in, etc. made our check-in very smooth.

The scenery was breathtaking, and everything was exactly as the photos and description on the site were listed.

I even had an unfortunate event where they were able to accommodate me with that as well will definitely recommend five stars!

From the moment we arrived early, we were warmly greeted by the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff—setting the tone for a fantastic week ahead. The house itself was beautiful and exceeded our expectations in every way.

A special shout-out to Julia with the concierge service, who was absolutely amazing. She had our entire week perfectly planned so we could focus on relaxing and enjoying our time. From arranging transportation and stocking groceries to offering spot-on recommendations, Julia was truly on point and made everything seamless.

Our driver, Jonathon, was also exceptional. He was consistently punctual and even made thoughtful stops along the way, including our much-needed Starbucks runs!

We highly recommend this home and their outstanding services. My family and I had a wonderful week and are already looking forward to returning next year.

Our stay was fantastic! The property was clean and in a wonderful location. The property managers were great! We would definitely book this again.

Our family of 4, joined by two other families of four, enjoyed our stay here very much. The house has everything you need: everything to cook, all shower essentials and good brands at that, good Internet connection, beach towels, wash and dryer! We would stay here again if visiting with a large group. The only thing we all agreed on - the beds are hard. This seems to be common on Isla Mujeres... Only photos I have to add are on the beach below the house. Yes the latter looks rickety but it's actually very sturdy.

Everything we asked for and more. House was wonderful and service great. We really loved the view of the sunrises. We asked for a chef to cook for us one evening and it was awesome. Highly recommended chef Brando. We did the surf and turf of Lobster and Steak it was delicious!

Great property with great communication

This property was beautiful, & had everything we needed for a comfortable & relaxing stay! It's on the rocky side of the island, so there is some climbing to do, to get down to the water. I would recommend water shoes with good traction. The pool area was fun to hang out at, & the kitchen was well-supplied. There is a little coffee shop about 3 doors down that also serves delicious food, and a bar & several restaurants only a few more steps away. The local neighbors are friendly. Our hosts responded right away when I had questions, & were super nice.

Our stay was fantastic. Casa One Love was perfect for our family group of 12 - spacious, clean and well kept, great location just a 10 minute golf cart drive to downtown, beautiful views, walking distance to neat little restaurants. I can’t say enough about the staff. Concierge Julia was amazing from start to finish securing and arranging round trip taxis, vans, and ferry tickets from our arrival to departure, reserving golf carts for the week and getting them delivered to and picked up at the house on schedule, and promptly resolving a couple of issues in between. Transport Specialist Karissa oversaw our transport needs and schedules and was particularly helpful in keeping us apprised of status of drivers picking up our big group. Property Manager Ana touched base with us daily to see if we needed anything and quickly addressed and resolved some minor issues that arose. I strongly recommend Casa One Love as the place to stay.

Casa One Love was perfect for our group of eight. It was very clean, had a well stocked kitchen, and was in an excellent location. The view was outstanding. We loved the gathering spaces (especially the pool deck) but appreciated having our own rooms and bathrooms for privacy. Parking for the golf cart was a bonus.

A slice of paradise in Isla Mujeres. Everything was as described and communicate was good. Walking distance to 3 top restaurants. Very spacious for our party of 9 and never did we feel like we were on top of one another. Washer and dryer was a huge plus. Will definitely look Into booking again on our next trip to the island.

If your looking for the"Island experience " and the feel of "Old Mexico" , but desire luxury of a comfortable home setting, this is the place to go! The streets are narrow with houses or businesses that exhibit the Mexican traditional Architecture. Within walking distance are Chef style restaurants, offering a culinary experience to delight your palette! ( They have hamburgers and fries as well!) The house is recently remodeled. Displaying Delightful Art and a flare of Mexico with a modern style! The house features 6 bedrooms. 5 of which have private bathrooms! Every bedroom as well as the dining area have sliding doors that open to the Spectacular Caribbean view, facing beautiful sunrises and the ocean breeze! Each of the rooms includes a balcony or deck to lounge on. There is a small but nice swimming pool just outside the dining area. The house is located on a clffy area with a challenging access to the ocean. There are iguanas that will come visit for a nibble of fruit or veggies! ( I would suggest not trying to touch them!? The kitchen is located on the main floor and is open to a large sitting area and the dinning room! IT is well equipped with necessary items to meet your needs. We were delighted with our stay there , and would Gladly return!

Beautiful ocean views in a quiet neighborhood, while still minutes away from the city and fun activities. The house was perfect for a large group. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful!

A wonderful stay. Easy to communicate on our arrival and departure information through What's app. Air conditioning was great in the rooms and everyone slept well.

Beautiful property right on the Caribbean. Loved the constant sound of the waves. Located in the colonial area, it is walking distance to delicious food. Kids (young adults) loved sitting on the patio and dipping in the pool. We did use carts to travel around the island as the house is not close to downtown or Punta Sur, but more centralized.

This is a beautiful property! EVERY room has an ocean view. Having multiple separate bathrooms is also so awesome for privacy and group travelers. The living room is a great size for us to gather and the dining room right off the back deck is a nice touch! The upstairs “main suite” is gorgeous and extra spacious. Highly recommend!

This was our second time staying at One Love and first time after the pool and dining area addition. What a difference! We love the central part of the island (Carribean coast) because we can get to the north and south with ease, but relax in this quiet relaxing space. As usual, Everything Isla service was the gold standard. Julia, Erin, Anna and Sean made us feel like family.

Best experience and service to date for me! I would recommend to my family and friends for a view second to none.

The house is as advertised, with spectacular views, plenty of space and a nice plunge pool. We found the kitchen to be well stocked with dishes, cookware etc. You can get to Playa Norte in about 10 minutes by golf cart or taxi, and there are several great restaurants in the neighborhood. But the house is no nice, you may not want to go out!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Un Amor!
