Perfect place and the host was great

Stunning oceanfront views of both sunrise and sunset.

Location was centrally located to enjoy north and south shore offerings. The space was perfect for our group of adults and teens. The concierge was a definite bonus of offerings. Communication and check in was smooth!

The condo was exactly how it was described in the listing and the kitchen was well equipped

This penthouse was absolutely perfect for our group of 8! We especially loved the private rooftop pool—it was such a great spot to relax and hang out. The space was incredibly spacious, making it comfortable for everyone. We also really enjoyed the restaurant and bar downstairs. They had live music and a great happy hour, which made the evenings even more fun. Highly recommend!

Amazing property and management. We had another wonderful stay at Ph2404. Everything from the concierge service and property management went seamless. Most amazing sunrise and sunsets right here on the island. We would love to come back again next year!

Everything about the property was better than advertised. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, but found numerous restaurants both within walking distance and further away on the island with excellent cuisine when we chose to eat out. I do recommend renting a golf cart to enjoy all the island has to offer. The property manager and concierge were extremely helpful and quick to reply to all of our questions and needs.

The advertised photos don’t even begin to do this place justice! The view and sounds of the carribean sea surround you everywhere you go on the property. The upstairs private pool has an amazing view and is so refreshing! The balcony view of the sunrise is unmatched and the sunset views from the upstairs pool are amazing as well. There is a waterside trail just downstairs that is wonderful during the sunrise. Walking distance to Fuego de Mar restaurant (delicious). Can't say enough good things about this place. Alex the property manager is very nice and quickly responsive. Can’t wait to stay here again!

This property is everything you could ever want in a vacation home. It is beautiful with outstanding views. The private pool and rooftop deck was a game changer for us. Our children are old enough to go swimming by themselves, but not old enough to go to a pool on the property alone, so this was perfect! We knew where they were when they were swimming, and we as parents didn't feel like we had to be right beside them at all times! The beds were very comfortable and the whole place was so clean! We were very very very much impressed with this property and hope to come back again next year!

Second visit this year for us! There’s a reason we booked again after we got home in May. October on isla was just as beautiful. We only had two days of rain but just went downstairs to Konitas Cantina for food, drinks and live music.

Beautiful place to stay!!!!! Loved the location and the view. Our lights in bathroom and master went out in the 30 minutes we arrived. I called and a nice maintenance guy was there in less than 10 minutes!!!!

Was absolutely perfect for our family. Property was beautiful. We enjoyed it.

Nice property with great amenities and a complete setup in the kitchen with appliances and utensils. It was also nice to have a few cleaning and bathroom items stocked. The beds were comfortable and every room had an AC control which was nice since some people like sleep in cooler rooms. No garbage disposal, so you have to throw ALL food waste in trash, even small crumbs.

The property is fantastic, the owners are amazing and the only reason we didn’t stay here for the entire trip was because the elevator was out of service and we had 2 older folks that had recent knee and hip surgeries and the stairs were not kind to them. The owners sprang into action and got us moved to the most beautiful private residence that was literally on the cliffs edge of the water. This was by far the absolute best vacation ever!

Don’t hesitate to book this place. Central A/C, parking garage, elevator to the front door, and the amenities were top notch. Maid service came mid-week, which was awesome. Sixth time on the island and always AirBnB. This one took the cake for sure. Full size washer and dryer, and plenty of WiFi.

Cons: everyplace on the island deals with the crazy ants. Can’t get away from them. Gotta put all food items in the freezer or fridge..sucks but literally there is no escaping that anywhere in Isla, including this rental. You can hear the swimming pools running in both kind bed rooms. Not a problem if you bring box fan noise maker like we always do for out of country travel. Master bedroom bed has a dent in it for the person sleeping on the right. Kind sucked considering it was a nice firm mattress..was rolling down into the divet every night.

Wow! Is all I can say! This was our 4th trip to the island and it was our favorite vacation in the past 10 years. The home is gorgeous, the pool and view are stunning. The bar and restaurant right downstairs was amazing! I can’t say enough good things about the property and staff! They handled everything from the transportation to and from the rental property all the way to our golf cart rental. The only constructive criticism I have is the beds were a little hard and uncomfortable but everything else outweighed that negative by a mile! We are ready to book again!

The PH was well appointed! The property was very clean and delightfully prepared for guests. Everything was just as photographed. The pool was delightful and a wonderful spot for entertaining guests. Luis greeted us on our arrival and gave a well informed tour and directions for use. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The views from both sides were gorgeous. We had ample parking for our golf cart and were able to easily stop a taxi when needed. Live music and a small bar were a treat we did not have time to use but we will the next time as we loved this property!

The location of this rooftop penthouse was phenomenal. It was very clean, spacious and was in a perfect location on the island. It was fully furnished and ready for us when we got there! The ocean views were breathtaking!! We highly recommend this beautiful rooftop penthouse!

This penthouse was amazing! The ocean view from the private rooftop pool was incredible and so peaceful! It was clean, fully furnished, large dinner table and the kitchen had everything we needed to make a meal, including a blender to make margaritas...but we usually dined out. Having a clothes washer and dryer was very convenient too. The master bedroom (huge with lovely private bathroom) and 2nd (of the 3) bedrooms both have an ocean front view and balcony. The kitchen has a view of the bay side and a park. Neal's Irish Pub is at the ground level and they have excellent service and food. Great live music every day so if you don't feel like going far, just go downstairs for some fun night life! We would definitely stay here again and again!

This was my first time to Isla. Julia was extremely helpful!! Everything was set up as she planned and my stay was effortless..Julia, last minute, even found a hairstylist that came to the unit to do my hair for my daughters wedding!!! The unit was just as shown in the pictures..the views were amazing!! fun private rooftop to relax and take a dip in the pool. We definitely recommend and would stay there again..

The concierge service was amazing! Thanks to Julia who answered every question and email. Greatly appreciate all the organization from the transfers to the boat booking!

This Airbnb is located in a residential area which we were aware when booking. It’s 10 mins to the city or 5 mins away towards south part of the island. Taxis were cheap and easy to call for and arrived within minutes.

The Airbnb hosts were very nice and accommodating us arriving early. Thanks for a great trip!

Wow! We rented the Penthouse; the private rooftop pool with amazing 360 views after a long day in the sun was the best! Isla 33 is centrally located; walkable or a quick taxi to all locations. Kitchen was very well equipped and they provided lots of bath and beach towels. Upon arrival we were greated by Luis, who showed us around the PH and how to locate and operate everything. A special touch was a welcome snack and beverages. We are already planning our next trip to Isla Mujeres and hope this unit will be available for another stay.

Great location in the middle of the island, beatiful views on the Ocean side, plenty of room and feels very safe and secure.

We travel to Isla Mujeres quite a bit and this was a wonderful location. Just about the mid-point of the island so you have good access to everything. The layout of the condo was great with lots of privacy, the rooftop was amazing and all of the furniture was comfortable. We would stay here again without hesitation.

The Penthouse 2404 at Isla33 is a great property. Very well appointed and had everything we needed.

The Penthouse had very cold air and lots of hot water. The beds were very comfortable.

The staff was great and check in and out was very easy.

The location is mid island. We will be back.
