We can deliver your cart to most villas, homes, hotels, and condos on Isla Mujeres.
You can choose delivery only, pickup only, or both.
All deliveries and pickups are scheduled in a maximum one-hour time range, for example:

Golf Cart agencies are only a short walk from the ferry, usually five to ten minutes. Most guests staying in the center choose to walk to the agency and do self-pickup. It is often faster and avoids delivery and pickup fees.

This is ideal if:
Many guests walk from the ferry, pick up their cart, and drive straight to their property. Others check in first, then walk to the agency. Both work.
Your cart starts with a full tank. Refills are free. Most guests only need to refill every two or three days. When you do, simply stop by the agency between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM and they will re-fuel the tank at no cost.

Yes. Self-pickup is available from 9 AM to 6 PM. It is often the best option if you are staying downtown or prefer to walk from the ferry.
If your flight lands after 3 PM, it may not be possible to deliver the cart the same day due to office hours. In that case, we will help you either arrange self pickup (available until 6 PM) or start the rental the following morning.
Yes. A valid driver’s license is required. The agency holds it securely during your rental and returns it once the cart is returned or picked up.
Fuel is included. When you need more, visit the agency during business hours, and they will refill the tank for you. Most guests only need to do this every two or three days.
Yes. Carts are designed for paved roads. Driving off-road, through mud, on the beach, or on the malecón can lead to traffic tickets, cleaning or damage fees. Speed bumps should be taken slowly to avoid damage.
No. Regular carts are for up to four people. Six-seat carts are for up to six. Overloading is unsafe and can result in traffic violations and, or the agency cancelling the rental.
Golf cart rentals are non-refundable under agency policy. If you need to change your dates, most agencies allow you to reschedule within six months for a one day per cart penalty. We can help you coordinate this.
Yes. Standard third party limited liability insurance from the agency is included with your rental. If you want extra coverage, that can be arranged directly with the agency upon pickup. Everything Isla acts as your booking coordinator and is not financially responsible for accidents, fines, or damages during the rental.
