Spectacular Ocean Sunset Views From Our Rooftop Terrace!
Villa Vista Azul gets its name from the breathtaking view it offers of the blue-green water of the
Caribbean that lies between Isla Mujeres and Cancun.
Located in the quiet area of Punta Sur on the southern part of Isla Mujeres, this gated property consists
of a comfortable 3-bedroom, 3-bath house and a private pool. It’s the perfect getaway for a family or a
group of friends. The property offers plenty of places to relax—not only around the pool, but also while
enjoying the ocean view from either the rooftop terrace with its bar and pergola, or the covered second-
floor balcony. The balcony is accessible from the master suite, which includes an unusually large
bedroom and bath, and from the living area. On the first floor are located two bedrooms and a full bath,
the kitchen, and the dining area. The third bath is next to the pool.
Villa Vista Azul is a 10-minute taxi ride or a 15-minute golf cart ride from downtown Isla Mujeres and
from the beautiful white-sand beach and turquoise water of Playa Norte. The house is within walking
distance to some of the island’s beach clubs, including Parque de los Sueños, Playa Indios, Capitán
Dulché, and Garrafón National Reef Park.
There are also restaurants within walking distance, including Kin-Ha and Maria’s Kan-Kin with their wonderful ocean view, as well as The Joint, where reggae bands
play. If you want to take a break from eating out, you can cook a meal and enjoy it indoors, by the pool,
or on the rooftop terrace with Caribbean breezes.

- 1 night cancellation fee for reservations cancelled 60 days or more prior to arrival date.
- Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total booking amount.
