Overall, we had a wonderful experience staying here. The place was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of, and it was clear that a lot of thought and effort went into making sure everything was ready for us. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable.One of the things that really stood out to us was the communication. Everything was handled clearly and efficiently, and whenever we had a question or needed anything, communication was great. It made the entire experience feel easy and stress-free, which is especially important when staying somewhere away from home.The place itself was very clean and well maintained. Everything was in good condition, and we really appreciated the attention to cleanliness and the overall care put into the property. It was a comfortable place to relax and enjoy our stay, and we felt that the space was genuinely looked after.I also want to specifically mention the cleaning lady, who was absolutely wonderful. She was very genuine, kind, and helpful, and she went out of her way to make sure everything was taken care of. Her friendly attitude and willingness to help really made a difference. It was clear that she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about making guests feel comfortable.Overall, we had a great experience and really appreciated the cleanliness, communication, hospitality, and attention to detail. I have more to say but 1500 words is the max for me to review on.

Great place and even better host and property manager. Great location close to town but far enough it was quiet at night. The owner and property manager were quick to respond to any questions that we had Will be returning. Thanks.

Great house right in town walking distance to all the action and the best beach with a nice pool on the ocean.

Stacey was great! The home is beautiful. It is a short walk to downtown and beaches. The management clearly cares about doing a great job, and I know from experience that this is rare. Stacy, thanks for your 5 star management, I recommend to anyone coming to Isla!

Our stay at Villa Amistad, in the 3 Bedroom side was perfect! The communication before, during and after was excellent all around with the rental company, the managment company and the owner too! The villa location is close to enough to the ferry to walk there on arrival and departure. You can walk to downtown in minutes from the villa, where there are beaches, shopping, restaurants and so much more! The views from the villa are AMAZING and a very well kept up unit. You can tell that the villa is very well cared for. There was Wifi to allow us to work remotely as needed. We hope to stay there again on our future travels to the island.

The house was great, beautiful size and clean. Great master suite and en-suite bathroom. The bedroom on main floor is on the smaller size but worked for our group. The views are extraordinary and the balcony off the master perfect along with the rooftop. Pool was nice but water was ice cold not really able to enjoy it. Great location could walk everywhere if you didn’t want to rent a golf cart. Owner was extremely nice and the staff were phenomenal.

We spent 10 wonderful days at Villa Amistad North. The location was ideal - close enough to the action in Centro but not in it. Being on the Malecon made for easy walks into town and to the beaches. Being on the Caribbean side allowed to hear/see the ocean waves and feel the breeze especially from the rooftop palapa. Communication with the staff was great. We’d stay here again. The villa is on a busy street out the back so make sure your guests have ear plugs.

Excellent location with a view of the Caribbean at your backdoor. The home was a good size for 4 people + close proximity to grocery stores, a 10-15-min walk to the beach, and some great food options closeby (Antal Cafe and Cafe Mogagua). Highly recommend considering this location for your next stay on the island.
