Good location, all amenities need it, two blocks walking distance to the beach, we loved this stay for a family of 4

We had an amazing time at La Poza and would recommend this property for many reasons. Location is fantastic, rooftop pool, and condominium staff. Esteban is always welcoming, we love staying here!

The condo is very nice and in a great location. The pool is great and the other residents were friendly. The property manager was pleasant, as were the other door attendants. The only downside was that the corner bar was very loud.

We enjoyed the property's location. It was close to restaurants and a grocery store. It was very clean, and the rooftop pool was great after a day at the beach. Check-In was easy, and communication via WhatsApp was convenient. The bar across the street was loud, but with the doors closed, it wasn't too bad, and they don't play that late. Other Perks: Our unit provided beach towels, a beach umbrella, and two nice chairs that had a cooler and storage on the back. There was also an extra small cooler. The washer/dryer unit and the full-sized fridge were nice. You will want to bring your own shampoo/conditioner/lotion.

It was a great place to stay! Very clean and roomy. On the rooftop you have a view of the water on all sides. You can see both the sunrise and sunset! They were doing construction in front but will be done with that shortly. Would stay here again!

The apartment was very modern and very clean. Our hosts were extremely helpful throughout our stay if we needed any help with restaurants, taxis, etc. They went beyond anything we expected.

This is a beautiful condo and the location is perfect. We didn't think we would use the rooftop pool, but found ourselves heading out there most evenings to catch the sunset! The Cafe Palmar next door has excellent coffee. The view off the balcony was nothing to write home about, but we don't visit Isla to sit on a balcony. We visit Isla to walk the town, see the most beautiful beaches in the world and to try new restaurants. We loved being walking distance to everything in Playa Norte! We will definitely stay here again.

Our experience with Everything Isla and La Poza condos was fantastic. Communication was wonderful with booking, condo stay, and concierge! La Poza 405 was stunning! So clean, comfortable with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The extra bonus was the staff at La Poza, it was so nice to have someone available keeping an eye out and able to help with any questions we had. This was my 5th visit to Isla and I think this was my favorite place we’ve stayed. I can’t wait to come back and watch sunrise, sunset, and soak in that rooftop pool!

This condominium is right in the center of the island . I love the staff Esteban has always gone above and beyond to help. Definitely recommend.

LaPoza Condos is amazing! The interior space is thoughtfully designed and very modern. Lots of storage and shelving for clothing and toiletries, which I like to take out of my suitcase to stay organized. Spacious living area and kitchen. The kids had their own bathroom. Everything was spotless when we arrived. AC is very cold. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms and living area. Clean drinking water is provided. The location is excellent! Near everything. Los Burritos is steps away - highly recommend for authentic local food. The market is also right across the street where you can purchase fresh fruit and juices. Playa Norte - you are just a few blocks away. The most beautiful water for swimming and relaxing. Just be aware of one thing, which didn't bother me at all. But my cousins who were staying at Ixchel Beach Hotel came over and commented negatively about the view from the 4th floor balcony. The building across the street is amassing on its roof various equipment pieces which makes it look a little bit like a junkyard. This is obviously out of the control of LaPoza, but it's helpful to know in order to temper expectations of the view. I would stay at LaPoza again in a heartbeat.

Great location. Playa Norte is just a couple blocks away. Very close to all the shops and restaurants. Nice clean pool on the top floor. Friendly staff.

Great location, clean property, and a very attentive host! We frequently travel to Isla Mujeres and we have stayed at numerous places on the island. I highly recommend this host and we will be back again. Book with confidence.

Great location and very responsive host. The property was clean and sufficiently equipped. We travel to Isla Mujeres frequently and have stayed at a wide range of places on the island (Ixchel, Privilege Aluxes, and other AirBnBs), and we will definitely keep this place in our rotation when we travel with the kids. Great distance to North Beach, restaurants, and the port.

Great location, easy walking distance to everything in the Playa Norte area. The suite was perfect for 4 with 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Everything clean and new. Lovely roof top pool that we used often. The on-site staff were very friendly and accommodating. Concierge was very helpful as well. Only downside was the barking dogs on the roof top of the business across the street (which has the best rates on golf carts). The odd street noise from big trucks early in the morning and music later in the evening but was minor.
