We were so pleased with our decision to stay at La Poza. This condo was exactly as pictured! The beds were comfortable. We asked both rooms beds be made into kings and it worked out perfectly for us. Our towels were replaced upon request midway through our stay. They did provide hand soap so pack all of your other toiletries. I have no idea what dishes or pans were provided as we were so close to delicious restaurants we ate out everyday! I was able to see the sunset from the rooftop pool area but I never had time to use the pool. I hope to try it out on my next stay! You cannot beat the location as it’s 3 blocks from the beach and one block from Hidalgo Street! The ac worked perfectly. The condo was so comfy and clean! I cannot say enough about it! You need to try it for yourself!

Location Location Location. Minutes from the best beach of playa norte. Close to everything. Across the street you have the bank you can exchange your currency. Next door is the golf cart rental. Beautiful apartment. Clean. Beautiful balcony. Great host, always there to help.Loved it. Definitely will be back. Thank you!!

We had a great stay at La Poza. The condo was clean, comfortable, and in an ideal location for exploring Isla Mujeres. Estevan at the front desk was super friendly and helpful with anything we needed. We felt safe and secure the entire time of our stay. The rooftop pool was also great and enjoyed by the kids. Great value for the money. We would definitely stay here again next time we come back to Isla!

We really enjoyed the condo. It was very comfortable for our family (my wife and I and our two kids ages 12 & 7). Location was great - easy to walk every where.

Julia with the concierge service was very helpful and responsive. The staff was very friendly.

This unit is new, fresh, clean, secure, centrally located and well maintained. The pool is large and refreshing, some may find it cold in the morning. The unit is right in between 3 bars, so there is music until about 11 pm, those very sensitive to noise may want a unit on the other side of the building. We had no trouble with any of the amenities or fixtures in the unit. Please note there is no safe or lockbox. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Excellent property! Location is great for a two minute walk to cresent beach and a 5 minute walk to Playa Norte. The room is modern with everything thing you need to enjoy all that Isla has to offer. The staff is second to none. It gave us great comfort to have staff onsite 24/7. They also could not have been better in helping us with anything we needed. Don't packet your beach towels as they have the best and if you are staying for a week you get a total towel switchout. There is a nightclub down the street that plays thumping music. Not an issues for us a earplugs and white noise and had no problem getting restful sleep!! The pool is also a nice treat to either have a wakeup dip or a nice relax after the beach. One other note they have a laundrey room in the condo that acts as a mud room. It was nice to put our stuff in to keep the room clean and organized. Felt like home!!

Overall we had a really great stay, check in was easy and the apartment was incredibly clean. It is in a really great location within walking distance of the restaurants and beach, but away from the huge hotels. AC in every room is a must when you come back sweaty from a day exploring. The onsite manager was great with directions, recommendations, and quick to fix a running toilet. Unfortunately the second running toilet was his day off so it wasn’t fixed before we left, hopefully they can be resolved for future stays. As others mentioned there was some street noise but it didn’t bother us. I do wish the decor was a little more tropical feeling but that didn’t impact the quality of the stay. Would stay again!

My family loved being in the mix of the town. It was fun to walk out the front of the building and be in the middle of everything. The condo was very clean and we would stay there again.

I stayed in La Poza #302 in April 2023 and absolutely loved my stay. The condo unit has everything we needed - Washer/Dryer, Water cooler, pots & pans, table & chairs on the patio, stepstool to get into upper cabinets, and a locking cabinet to store items in. La Poza #404, though 2 bedrooms & 2 bath, was lacking all of the above items and it made a huge difference. Though I love the location of the Condo building & did need the extra bedroom, I will make sure to book #302 from this point forward or verify the condo unit we choose has all of these items as it made a huge difference in our stay.

Location location location! So new and clean! Some nights the bars near by blast music very loud.
We loved it.
