It was an amazing experience…we loved the location and accessibility of restaurants and the north beach

This is the second time staying at La Poza. And I would come back again !!!

This was an excellent location for all sorts of Isla Mujeres exploring. The amenities were fantastic - including the pool and general space. It was safe and clean. Esteban was the BEST onsite host. The music is loud as other reviewers have noted, but it ended most nights by 10 (maybe 11 on weekends), so not a big deal for us.

Loved the location- it was so convenient to el centro and to norte beach. Due to the downtown location and the previous reviews- I was a bit weary of the noise- but our stay (mid November) was great. Yes, there was noise from the bustling area- but nothing louder than I was expecting for that location. I enjoyed being immersed in the downtown area for our long weekend stay,Loved the cleanliness and friendliness of the property. Easy to check in and out and always around if we needed anything.The 2 units that we rented did not have a washer dryer

Our Stay at the condo was great. Everything was clean and fresh. The staff handled anything that we needed quickly. There was some noise at night, but that was made known before we booked. I brought ear plugs and had no issue sleeping. Would stay again.

Excellent location! Everything was in working condition: ACs were working very well in all rooms. We felt very safe. The premises were kept very clean in every floor. Great for my family of 5. Very comfortable vacation, highly recommended. You could hear the loud bar music at the corner but we didn't mind. I would think the inner units 301, 302 or 303, would have much less noise compared to the 304 unit. We had so much fun exploring the island, we loved the location, very convenient.

The hosts of this Condo are excellent to work with. Will stay in this building again.

We were very happy with our stay at La Poza. From booking to departure, it was seamless and exactly as we expected.
The bedrooms were spacy, plenty of great AC, nice balcony. Pool on rooftop was nice with beautiful 360 degree view of Isla.
Cant say enough about the location- we could walk anywhere we wanted on the north side of the Island. So much to do around that immediate area that we didn't get to go everywhere we wanted and will return :)
A few short blocks to the beach (Playa Norte) - VERY easy, enjoyable 5 minute walk. Took us a little longer b/c we would always stop somewhere new for a drink on the way to the beach.
We were concerned about noise when we first arrived, but everything closes down pretty early on the island so it wasnt an issue. There are zero negative comments I can include about this place. Super clean, safe, and convenient to everything! just a few short blocks from the ferry- an easy walk with luggage! we will definitely be back, and will 1000% stay at this same location.

This was our 2nd stay at La Poza and would definitely recommend this property. It's comfortable, clean, safe, and a great location- walk to everything! We stayed in unit 304 and my only suggestion would be to add some patio furniture or loungers. The deck was a great place to people watch and enjoy the music from the bars near by. We stayed in unit 401 last year and loved it just as much.
Esteban is the best! - he answered all out tourist questions and made sure we had everything we needed.
We'll be back!

The property was easy to find with the instructions given and the unit was beautiful. The host provided plenty of drinking water that lasted our whole trip. The air conditioners and fans worked great and we were very comfortable. We would stay here again.

I highly recommend La Poza condominiums, it’s in the middle of downtown and an easy walk to Playa Norte. Esteban went above and beyond to help us with our needs pertaining to the stay and was also helpful with recommendations throughout the island. Definitely coming back :)

Place looked just like the pictures. Nice and clean. Immaculate actually. You are in the heart of the city. 5 minute walk from the ferry. We didn’t need any transportation on the island because this place is close to everything.

While the condo is relatively new, there was just not much to it. One swing on balcony...no other furniture so the 4 of us could not enjoy it together. No coffee table or side tables in living room so no place to put your drink or turn on a lamp to read or anything else...just 2 couches. Bedding was very hard with only one small pillow for each person, no extra bedding, very very thin "comforter" (if you could call it that). There was just a single 9" pan available so cooking anything was not possible. No cooking utensils we could find. 4 total bath towels (for 4 people) to use for 4 days which meant by day 4 they were pretty nasty. I guess the worst thing was NO COMMUNICATION with our host. I must have sent 8-9 messages and got one response that simply said "Not sure how I missed these messages" and then never heard from them again. While the place was clean overall, the lack of communication and amenities made for a pretty poor experience.
