Condo 104 is the perfect escape after a day in the Mexican sun, wash the sand and salt away in your large, full bathroom, with access from the bedroom, and from the living area.

- 1 night cancellation fee for reservations cancelled 60 days or more prior to arrival date.
- Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total booking amount.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival date are NON REFUNDABLE.
