From the moment we booked our stay to the moment we locked the door and headed home, everyone was absolutely amazing! Everything was a 10 out of 10—the beautiful house, our special guacamole treat, the incredible views, meeting our new iguana friends, and cooling off in the pool. 🦎We had the best time exploring all the fun Isla had to offer, especially with our golf cart rental. It was the perfect getaway, filled with beautiful memories, sunshine, and plenty of fun. We can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely amazing property. The views are breathtaking. Three very spacious bedrooms and nice attached bathrooms. There is an additional half bath downstairs. Two of the upstairs bedrooms have amazing balconies looking off the cliffs into the ocean. There’s a perfect plunge pool on the patio which again overlooks the ocean. Iguanas are everywhere and it’s like watching National Geographic. This is a convenient location to the Mango Cafe which has the best breakfast on the island. It’s also walking distance to convenience stores for food/drink and supplies. Fernanda greeted us when we arrived and gave us the tour. The house is clean and spacious with all modern amenities including a beautiful kitchen with spacious granite bar. WiFi is great especially compared to what we have previously experienced in Isla Mujeres. TV’s everywhere if you ever want to watch them. We love this location, which is less hectic and convenient to both North beach as well as punta Sur. We have stayed in Isla Mujeres multiple times, but this is the best spot we have found. We will definitely be back again.

Beautiful property. Loved the decor, the comfortable beds, the pool overlooking the sea, the balcony overlooking the sea. Appreciated that body wash, shampoo, conditioner, laundry soap and plenty of beach towels were included. There was parking for our 2 rented golf carts right outside the front door. The bathrooms were spacious and there was plenty of space to put away your clothes and toiletries. Loved the central location on the island, as we loved going to all ends of the island with the golf carts. This place was worth every penny.

Great house. Better than the photos. The north beach area was not our vibe. Having a house mid island worked great for us. Two of the best restaurants on the island plus two great coffee shops less than a block away. Easy to hail taxis nearby. I would def stay here again.

Everything was great, with the concierge service they provide EverythingIsla everything was so easy from transportation, check in, and groceries delivered to the house. Julia was on top of everything and very helpful. The house was in the perfect location, great view, and had everything we needed.

Unreal. You often expect that something will be “less than described” it was perfect. CLEAN and the host was EXTREMELY responsive. Every question was answered. Highly recommend (we already have and 2 friends have booked thier stays!)

Great house on the coastline of Isla Mujeres. Pool was nice. Great view of the ocean. The house is modern, clean, and very nicely decorated in an ocean theme. Exceeded expectations. I will definitely stay there again. You will need a golf cart but I’d say that about every place on Isla. Highly recommend.

I genuinely did not want to the leave the house once we arrived on Isla Mujeres. The house was perfect, and the pool was everything we were looking for a bachelorette party! The rooms were large and all of them had a bathroom. We really appreciated the small toiletries they provided, laundry detergent, extra toilet paper, etc. The check in process was simple and they allowed us to checkout an hour later. We had a chef come in one night and cook dinner for us! Again, the house was great. 5/5!!

This is a great property to stay at with friends. It is centrally located on the island so golf cart or taxi is a must. Perfect place to gather with friends and relax. Also several great restaurants are walking distance. A spa as well.

The property was beautiful, very clean and we enjoyed it very much! The pool is great and you get a great view of the sunrise! There is plenty of room with 3 bedrooms all having their own bathroom as well.

This was our 3rd time staying at Casa Tres Chiles and it was as good as always! GREAT location being mid-island and close to our favorite restaurants. House is equipped with absolutely EVERYTHING you could want/need. We were greeted by Ana the second we arrived and she walked us thru how to us everything! The pool was maintained while we were there, perfect temperature and spotless. They provide the beach towels, binoculars, games, books, menus, etc. Such an amazing experience like always! We brought our friends with this time and they were very impressed with everything! Would recommend this house/location to anyone who feels "mid-island" would work for them!

We love Casa Tres Chilies for several reasons, we've stayed there for three years in a row now. We love the location - it's close enough that driving to north beach is quick, but far enough that it feels like living in a neighborhood and it's easy to walk to local taquerias, grocery stores and restaurants. We love the amenities - hanging out by the pool is a daily activity.. the views of the ocean and sunrise are unbelievable. The house has a great washer/dryer; the kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils and tools (blender, coffee machine, etc); wi-fi works very well along with all of the televisions. The A/C units work great and the water dispensers dispense bottled cold and hot water (great for making instant coffee/Nescafe in the morning). The owner/management team is extremely responsive via WhatApps and handles any reported issues extremely fast. We love Casa Tres Chilies!

WOW...what an amazing property!!! We were excited to stay there from the beautiful photos and everything was as presented on the web site. We were pleasantly surprised that the pool was actually larger than it looked in the photos. The built in bar stools were a nice touch. we had a couple rainy afternoons but since the patio roof partially covers the pool, we could still relax outside and read. We enjoyed having plenty of lounge and regular chairs to choose from. The kitchen is fully stocked and had everything we needed to cook a few meals at home. The rooms are large, and I can't thank the owners enough for purchasing very comfortable mattresses! Usually rental properties cut corners here. Location is centrally located on the island so easy to get anywhere. We especially like that there are 1/2 a dozen restaurants we could walk to under 5 minutes (went to Aurora twice and Mangos three times). There is rental unit upstairs and we were worried we might hear noise but couldn't even tell it was occupied. We were a party of 4 adults and 1 child. The size was perfect; never felt cramped. Concierge contact was very helpful and responsive as was the property manager if we had a question. We will definitely rent at Casa Tres Chiles again and for a longer stay!

We highly recommend Casa Tres Chiles. The house was just perfect. It was very nicely decorated. Foremost it was very clean! Anytime we had a question - it was quickly answered. The beds were very comfortable (mattress and linins), toilet paper was fabulous, and anything you would need was provided (beach towels, kitchen items, hair dryers, soap, shampoo & conditioner, plenty of laundry soap, dishwashing soap, & coffee. And we liked and used all that was provided). It was great having a private bathroom provided for each bedroom and then a half bath for the downstairs. The view in the backyard was fabulous! We loved being in the center of the island. I would say we equally went to both ends of the isla on our golf carts. We walked to several restaurants that were very close to the house as well. Everywhere we went we had excellent service. Loved the beaches and loved Isla Mujeres:). When we return, we would definitely stay at Casa Tres Chiles again! Thanks for a fabulous stay!

We were three couples who spent a week at this lovely house. We loved that the house had three king bedrooms with ensuites & a half bath on the main floor. The kitchen was very well equipped and the pool was everything! The view and sound of the waves is amazing.
All inquiries were answered immediately by Kate & Ana who gave us great service!
The malecon is a short walk away and the area has many great restaurants!

We had a great time at Casa Tres Chiles. Beautiful view, great location. Comfortable house for a family or small group of friends. The everything isla team was very helpful and always responded quickly to any questions or issues we had.

This location is interesting. Beautiful ocean views and lovely pool. A few things need to be refreshed. The outdoor propane table had no gas and there was a mess at the grill. The house is wonderful except if they can fix the penthouse neighbor door close noise. It sounds like a slam every time they came out or went in and there’s no privacy to the kitchen and living room while they come in and out. But the 3 BR and baths are lovely. The house is really well stocked and Everything Isla has a gem of a person named Kate who is lovely and helped answer several questions I directed to her despite it not being her role. Please note the local neighbors are super nice and the surrounding location is great (exception to note there is no beach) and food options are wonderful, from high end to street tacos a few blocks away. It’s a little pricey but it’s also really nice so it’s a real review for folks who wanna know.

Such a great place - close enough to Playa Norte area - but far enough to feel more peaceful and authentic. Great breakfast around the corner both ways ….

We loved our Thanksgiving at Tres Chilies! The home is set up perfectly for grown children & their spouses. 3 bedroom three bath! The views from the property are amazing & the location outstanding! Have to say the best part of the rental was Julia, the concierge! Every question, every need, every want addresses & handled! Outstanding service! Anna the property manager also took care of all our questions!

We had a party of 6 and had a wonderful experience at Casa Tres Chiles. We felt comfortable at the pool, listening to the waves and soaking up the sun. The kitchen had everything we needed. The rooms were large and accommodating. The only improvement was that the shower water in the main bedroom was normally cold and the sink took a long time to heat up. The other bathroom showers were good and hot. The XL cart was not the best, it was a bit beat up and could use some improvement. Overall we had an amazing experience. We loved being close to great restaurants. We will definitely come back to Isla Mujeres!

We absolutely loved ours stay at Casa Tres Chile’s and highly recommend it to everyone! It is a stunningly, beautiful home in a great location with beautiful views of the ocean right outside your back door. It has a lovely pool and lots of pool/beach toys that our kids absolutely loved! It is in a quieter part of town in a very sweet neighborhood with neighbors that are very kind and helpful. The home had everything we needed, was very clean and had comfortable beds with stunning views of the ocean! The property manager, Ana, met us at check-in, and was very accessible and quick to respond during our stay. She took care of any issues that came up immediately! Ana really went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was comfortable and that we were provided everything we needed. I failed to book a pack and play in time and she went out of her way to find one for me free of charge. The concierge service was also very helpful in helping us book trips. They also completely managed our transportation to and from the airport, which was seamless and incredibly helpful and timely. I’ve never been treated so well during a stay!

It was great as always. Only a couple of things needed at the house. Maybe a few more bath towels in the bathrooms. I know there is a complimentary cleaning mid stay, but one more clean towel for the stay would be nice. The downstairs living room should have a couple of blankets under the TV. There is some storage (tupperware), but if one wants to cut up more fresh fruit or store leftovers, there should be more dishes. Last of all, some dish rags would be great, there were none and you can't clean counters, etc., with the sponge. :)

Other than that, y'all are amazing. Great service, y'all do a great job staying up on communication. Ana is an amazing at her job and I hope we all can hang out and have a tequila someday. :) Thanks so much and we have to take a year off, but we will see you in two years.

Incredible views, gorgeous house and lots of incredible things to do on the island!! Unfortunately we were staying during the power outages but they communicated well. Highly recommend staying here!

I am not sure where to begin, if I could rate this a 10 star, I would! The 3 Chiles house looked better in person! The pictures do it no justice. I went with my family of 6, 3 teens and 1 toddler. They all loved it! 2 of the rooms have ocean view that are breathtaking! The beds were comfortable. Ana was our host and was super responsive! She was there waiting on us when we checked in and showed us around the house. Super helpful! We will definitely be going back!

Our family with two small children had an amazing stay. The house was perfect. The pool was so much fun and perfect size for the four of us. Very attentive hosts…responded to texts very quickly and helped with all requests. We would definitely consider staying here again.

One of the best places we've stayed on the island over 6 years. The location is great with awesome nearby restaurants and the views of the Caribbean ocean are unbeatable. Very spacious and fast internet. Located around middle of island. Very good host Ana made sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

The house gets the rising sun and the decks and porches are in the hot sun until late in the day. If you want a place with lots of shade, Tres Chiles is not for you. The

This place is amazing. very clean and spacious. nice washer and dryer, the 3 rooms are big and all have a nice bathroom, there's another bathroom downstairs. AC blows cold steadily, the views are amazing right by the cliff edge, 2 out of 3 rooms have a balcony. there is no beach or way to get down the cliff, but that didn't matter to me and my group. theres nothing negative for me to say about this place. location is perfect as its on the edge of the island. my phone died late night while driving the golf cart but because the house is on the edge, I was able to find my way back easily! all in all, I highly recommend this place for you and your group. Ana (host) was amazing and super sweet. 5 stars for sure, and probably the best or one of the best on the island (according to my Airbnb search)

The pictures of this place are beautiful but in person, even more breathtaking. We had such an amazing time. We loved being right in the middle of things so that we could take our golf cart to North Beach for the day or explore the South. When we came home after a beach day, we were able to relax on the beautiful patio and admire the views. We cooked a few meals in the kitchen and we found all the tools we needed to do so. Can't wait to stay there again.

Beautiful home perfect for bachelorette celebration!

Wow!!! If I could use just one word to describe the house it would be WOW!!! The location is amazing, it’s about in the middle of the island. Super easy to get to town or to go to the south end.
The house is spectacular, and the beds are the equivalent to sleeping on a cloud.
We’ve been coming to Isla for 10 years now and this will be our go to house from now on.

Great house with a beautiful view of the ocean. Close to several excellent restaurants but an easy cab or golf cart ride to downtown. Helpful and communicative hosts. We were there during a hurricane and the hosts were communicative, available, and made every effort to make sure the house was safe and "hurricane proof." after the storm teh check in on us right away to make sure we were safe and to get the house back open to enjoy the views. Highly recommend staying here.

Listing is as advertised, we’ll be back if we get the opportunity. Ana, Kate and Julia made the experience easy and we felt at home. Pool is perfect for afternoon lounging. Filtered water in the master bedroom and on the fridge door (nobody got sick on this trip!). Restaurants in walking distance, Taxis easy to get to and from! High recommend for those looking for first time in Isla and repeat visitors!

Beautiful house, centrally located on the island. It is about 10-12 min golf cart ride to the north or south ends.

The team ahead of our trip, at checkin and through out our stay was great. Easy to communicate with.

There were 2 amazing restaurants only a few blocks from the house, a few mediocre ones as well. The view from the house couldn’t have been better, and the house itself was great, had everything you could need.

This was our first trip to the island, was slightly disappointing that the only real beach access was basically at the north end. Otherwise it was mostly (beautiful) cliffs.

The weather was terrible luck for our week, literally rained everyday, so much that anything boat/water related was cancelled. We wore rain coats and drove our golf carts everywhere, getting soaked but trying to make the best of it. The sun came out on the day we left of course, can’t help but feel like i need a vacation re-do, no fault of anyone of course.
