Located on the ground floor of Casa Roca Chaac, the suite offers an easy connection between the interior living spaces and the beautiful outdoor areas just beyond.
The suite features one bedroom with a king-size bed, one en-suite full bathroom and a half bath in the living area, along with a double sofa bed, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. The open-concept living and dining area flows into a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, while an in-unit washer and dryer add extra convenience during your stay. Just outside, you’ll find direct access to the shared infinity pool and spacious pool deck, along with an additional half bath, outdoor shower, and shared charcoal grill. In the morning, step outside and enjoy one of the property’s most memorable features: sunrise over the Caribbean.
Casa Roca Chaac is set in a peaceful area near Punta Sur, within easy reach of local restaurants, beach clubs, scenic coastal spots, and some of the island’s best-known attractions. A golf cart makes it simple to explore the rest of Isla Mujeres while still enjoying the quieter atmosphere of the property.
With its oceanfront setting, spacious layout, shared infinity pool, and convenient location, the Owner Suite offers a comfortable base for couples or small groups looking to experience Isla Mujeres at a relaxed pace. It combines privacy, practical amenities, and easy access to the island’s beaches, dining, and natural surroundings.
Complimentary housekeeping is provided Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, along with regular garden maintenance. These services are not available on weekends. Coffee is provided for your stay.
