The suite features one king-size bed, one full bathroom, a small living area with TV, and a convenient kitchenette. Guests also have access to a balcony overlooking the Caribbean, with comfortable spaces to sit back, relax, and enjoy the view. Downstairs, the shared infinity pool and spacious pool deck create one of the property’s most inviting areas to unwind, with open views toward the water and an additional outdoor shower and half bath nearby. Mornings are especially beautiful, with sunrise views over the Caribbean.
Casa Roca Chaac is located near Punta Sur, within easy reach of local restaurants, beach clubs, scenic coastal areas, and some of the island’s best-known attractions. A golf cart makes it simple to explore the rest of Isla Mujeres while still enjoying the quieter atmosphere of this part of the island.

Complimentary housekeeping is provided Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, along with regular garden maintenance. These services are not available on weekends. Coffee is provided for your stay.
