Casa Perla is a beautiful newly built facility with two, two bedroom suites (Suites 1 & 2) and one studio suite (Suite 3) located directly in front of the Caribbean sea. This listing is for the ground floor two bedroom suite (Suite 1).
This suite has a master bedroom with a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom (shower, sink and toilet), the second bedroom has a king size bed and a twin size bed. The main bathroom has a sink, toilet, bathtub and shower. Large full kitchen that is great for entertaining. A bar to sit at the island and also a dining area that seats six people. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Private patio and dipping pool overlooking the ocean. Access to enjoy the shared roof top patio that has a very large sun tanning/lounging area and a pool. Can't beat the sun and the view from this area of the house!

- 1 night cancellation fee for reservations cancelled 60 days or more prior to arrival date.
- Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total booking amount.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival date are NON REFUNDABLE.
