Casa Perla is a beautiful newly built facility with two, two bedroom suites (Suites 1 & 2) and one studio suite (Suite 3) located directly in front of the Caribbean sea. This listing is for the two, two bedroom suites. (Suites 1 & 3)
Suite #2 is a two bedroom suite located on the first floor. It has a master bedroom with a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom (shower, sink and toilet), the second bedroom has a king size bed and a twin size bed. The main bathroom has a sink, toilet, bathtub and shower. Large full kitchen that is great for entertaining. A bar to sit at the island and also a dining area that seats six people. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Private patio and dipping pool overlooking the ocean.
Suite #3 is a studio located on the third floor. It has a with a queen size bed, and full bathroom (shower, sink and toilet). There is a large full kitchen that is great for entertaining that is equipped with everything you needAccess to enjoy the shared roof top patio that has a very large sun tanning/lounging area and a pool. Can't beat the sun and the view from this area of the house!

- Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total booking amount.
