Enjoy fresh fruit for breakfast under a large palapa at your outdoor, poolside kitchen, complete with a grill and full refrigerator and freezer, there is also satellite TV to watch your favourite sports games. Spend your days around the stunning and large infinity pool soaking up the Mexican sun, before going back inside to cool off in one of the 5- bedrooms.

On the ground floor wake up in one of the 2 Bedrooms each with a King Bed. Wash the sand and salt away under one of the showers in their ensuite bathrooms. Or head up to the second floor where there is 1 bedroom with a King Bed next to the spacious living areas. The third floor completes the villa with an additional King Bed in the fourth bedroom as well as a tub to relax those muscles after a day of exploring. And finally, the Master Bedroom with its King Bed and large ensuite bathroom with his and hers sinks and grand shower head. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and come complete with sea views, storage and a safe as well as a Murphy Bed in each for extra guests.

This house comes with a wealth of comfortable common spaces for guests to enjoy. As well as the pool, jacuzzi, beach and poolside palapa, the ground floor also plays host to a living area with a TV and VCR player, with VCRs available for you to enjoy on those rainy days or quiet evenings in with friends. There is a wet bar and mini fridge to prepare those evening cocktails before dinner.

Fix a delicious meal for your whole group in the roomy and fully equipped kitchen, complete with all appliances including a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven and stove, coffee maker, as well as dishes and utensils and much more. Dine around your large dining table and reminisce on another day spent in paradise.

There is a comfortable lounge with satellite TV and a DVD player with a wide selection available for you to watch. Stretch out and relax with movie night with your group or why not play one of the board games on offer. There is a shared bathroom on this floor with a washer and dryer accessible for guests to use.

On the top floor of this comfortable and breath-taking house, you can relax with a drink from the rooftop bar on your very own swing bed, with spectacular panoramic views of the island from the rooftop palapa. The location means that you are in a less travelled part of Isla Mujeres, however, there are some fantastic restaurants close by including Zama Beach Club and the gourmet restaurant at Villa Rolandi. The turtle farm and Dolphin Discovery are also very close by.
