It is NOT a 4-bedroom house. It is a 3-bedroom with 4.5 bathrooms.

We were a group of 7 adults (3 couples and 1 single), that wanted a house with that had 4 bedrooms, a hot tub and a pool. This seemed like the perfect house. Unfortunately, we learned this was not what we were expecting.
Check-in went well. Jennifer met us and walked us through the house. She was very nice and professional. When she showed us the single bed, our disappointment was evident. The room had no place to hang or put away any clothes and there was no sheets, pillows or comforter/blanket. We didn’t have sheets or pillows until the 2nd day of our stay. The blanket/comforter was never provided.

Hot tub wasn't operational and was dirty. The pool has mold around it.

My family and I stayed a whole week here. Place was amazing it included everything we needed for our stay. It is a bit further away from your shopping centers and restaurants which all of those things are on the North side of Isla but we didn't mind. You have a lot more privacy away from people and crowd, very quiet at night. However, you are walking distance from Punta Sur which is the temple, and some walking distance to Garrafón Reef park. You will need a golf cart anywhere else or you can call a taxi driver. The house is almost perfect, our only issue with the house was by the second or third day the electricity started going out, in the middle of night or in the middle of the day. Which if you don't spend your whole time at the house it's no big deal but at night it does go off and when your ready to eat dinner with the family it goes off. Assuming this is a common issue in the area, because the other houses around such as the neighbors have generators when the lights go out. This house doesn't have a generator installed at the time. Keep in mind when the lights go out the water goes out too. With this little detail fixed I would most definitely stay here again. The house is big and spacious for maybe more than 8 people.

This house is perfect for a family or small group. It has three main bedrooms all with private baths and king sized beds as well as a small room that someone could sleep in downstairs. The living room is very relaxing and the couch was so comfortable! We enjoyed the location, quiet and private. It was about a 10-15 minute scenic golf cart ride the the strip area with shops and playa norte. It was also very close to many of the beach resorts and bars (which we enjoyed immensely.)

Loved our stay at this Airbnb. On the very south end of the island, so golf carts or taxis are required if you want to get out and about. We opted to use taxis and it was cheap (about 150 pesos to playa Norte or sometimes 100 to the ferry terminal). We were a group of 8 in our early 30s and had a blast. The house is decorated beautifully and had everything we could need for a comfortable stay. No issues with power or wifi during our 4 night stay. Would definitely come back!

Everything was beautiful, a little hard to locate in the dark on our first night, but we quickly got the hang of it! I only wish there had been more lighting on the outside (around the pool and walkways). It was very comfortable though and such nice staff and maintenance people taking care of us!

Beautiful house with fantastic views on the quiet end of the island. As much as we enjoyed our stay, the electrical problems really were the hallmark of our time there. It’s Mexico, so don’t be surprised that inefficient wiring in the development frequently knocks out power to this house as well as the 3 surrounding it. If you’re not “home” much, it’s tolerable, but if you plan to spend a lot of time by the pool, at the house, etc, you may want to consider a different rental. Management was responsive and tried to be helpful, but ultimately it was my husband who ended up flipping the main breaker more times than I’d like to remember.

Special shout-out to the concierge, Julia, who set up an incredible variety of activities for us and made all kinds of other arrangements before our arrival. She is hands down the best!

We had family coming on this vacation from the east and west coast of the U.S. Our entire experience from booking to check out was amazing! As soon as you book someone will reach out to you and offer so much assistance with transportation and just anything and everything you need to know about the island and things to do. We had someone who met us at the house for check in and walked us through the home (allowing for us to ask questions should any arise and get an immediate response) and then check out was quick and a breeze as the same person who checked us in, checked us out. They let us know that anything we needed just ask. We only reached out once in regards to getting another water jug and they responded immediately and brought another one over asap. The whole experience was great! If we visit the island then we would definitely try and book this air bnb again.

We had a great experience at this home! It’s perfect for multiple families because each room has its own full bathroom. The property manager was prompt to help us and answer any questions we had during our stay. We loved the location! Very quiet and peaceful! The only negative thing was that the pool lights did not work, and so we were unable to let the kids swim at night.
I would use and recommend Everything Isla and any property in this housing division in the future!
Also, I highly recommend using Julia the concierge! She scheduled our door to door airport transportation, took care of renting our golf carts (delivered and picked up), and scheduled our departure Covid testing in the house! It was a perfect experience!

This house was great if you’re looking for something on the south end. You definitely need a golf cart to get around, but it’s a fun 20ish minute ride up to the north end of the island. Many great beach clubs and restaurants close by—some of my favorites were Kin Ha for breakfast, the Joint for live music, and Mar Bella or Capitan Dulche for beach clubs. The location was safe with an entrance guard, and house keeping and maintenance were great and courteous. Would stay here again!

When I booked, the Airbnb map showed that the house was next to Mar Bella beach club, but it’s actually almost to Punta Sur—only a golf cart ride away, but I originally thought food would be within walking distance so we could grab lunch before our golf carts arrived. We ended up using an Isla food delivery service while we waiting for our golf carts so it wasn’t a big deal, but just FYI.

Julia (concierge) and Benito (property manager) were great with communication and helped us out with an issues or questions that arose.

The house was beautiful and had its own security at the door. Felt safe and wasnt worried when leaving the house to explore the island. The property manager Benito was perfect he was quick to reply and help with any questions we had. I strongly recommend staying here

We were pleased with the three master suites with their own bathrooms and TV's as well as plenty of linens and air conditioning that worked like a charm. We were disappointed that we were kept awake three different nights with neighbors partying with loud musicand screaming. We thought this was an area that had "quiet time" at 10pm. We had a major ant problem the entire time we were there, we reached out and someone did come to "check out" the ants but they didn't leave and we didn't notice anything put out to try to control them. The lounge chairs were not there and they were pictured. We asked about that numerous times (who can enjoy a pool without a lounge chair) and never heard any response. Besides the ants, missing lounge chairs, and partying neighbors the home was very nice. I wish there had been something explaining what was expected upon check out. When I stay somewhere I expect to have everything pictured. The couch was awesome in the pictures and very comfortable but VERY VERY hard to get out of. You almost have to crawl out of it onto the floor and then stand up. That even went for our 15-year-old athletic son. The third story was amazing you are able to see both sides of the island.

This just isn’t the property they say it is. The “hot tub” is a standing bathtub on a deck that they fill the hose and do not chlorinate.. there was one issue after another with this property. I messaged the host but never got any response. The property manager was helpful (as much as he could be) but in the end this is a very misrepresented property. The decorations are very nice; however, I didn’t fly all the way to Mexico to stay in a nicely furnished home. The amenities I chose to be able to enjoy just weren’t there and the construction noise is awful. They say there is “some noise” but this is just not true. During our stay we were awakened every morning at 8 AM with loud power equipment, jackhammers pounding of rebar etc. and this went on through the day until 5 PM. There was an issue with the gas stove that I feel was potentially dangerous. The Internet and Netflix was a constant problem and only worked sporadically. The pool is VERY COLD and there is no option to heat it. There is a constant parade of people in and out throughout the day as we were trying to enjoy our time. There is a housekeeper who comes every day and walks around and takes pictures of things without consent. There were workers hired to work on the entire outside of the pool area for an entire day on a Sunday! I tried repeatedly to get some of these issues resolved but I was put off and or not answered. I am sure the owner will reply and say that I am just somebody trying to get a free trip but this is not the case -these issues are real and they affected our vacation. This host is a very spiteful person and I would avoid staying at this property if you can.
