Come relax and enjoy your stay at Casa Goleta, where you will be lulled to sleep by the sound of crashing waves against the shore and wake up to a beautiful sunrise every day. Your choice of four kitchenette suites provides you all of the amenities your home away from home can offer.

With views of the Caribbean Sea and the coast of Cancun, this micro hotel is conveniently located just minutes away from the town center, shopping district, beaches, and restaurants will have you returning again and again.

Primero's Suite is a modernly designed studio located on the second floor. The studio comes with a king bed, a private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and an ocean view balcony. If you need a two-bedroom suite, all of our studio suites have a lock-off door that connects to each studio.

Casa Goleta consists of four different suites, and all suites have their own private entrance. There is a shared pool located on the ground floor that is available for all guests.

• Cancellations made 60 days or more before arrival will be refunded in full, less processing fees.
• Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total booking amount.
• Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival date are 100% NON REFUNDABLE.
• Promotional and discounted reservations are 100% NON REFUNDABLE.
• Processing fees charged by service companies, merchant accounts or financial institutions such as Stripe, PayPal, VRBO, Airbnb, etc. are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Deposit Policy

* BOOKING DEPOSIT: A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining 50% will be collected within 30 days of arrival date.
** SECURITY DEPOSIT: Guests agree to pay for any damage caused to the premises during their stay which will be charged to the credit card on file.

This was our second time staying at the Casa Goleta. My wife and absolutely love the suite. The location is central and not extremely busy. There are a number of small public beaches within walking distance. Communication with the property manager was excellent and very responsive. Ritchie our contact was great and made checking in and out super easy. We both live Isla Murjeres and cannot wait to return.

Mid-Island is definitely the place to be on Isla and Casa Goleta proved to be just a wonderful home base for my wife and I during our recent visit. We stayed in the Primero Suite up top, with dazzling views of the Carribean on one side and lagoon on the other. We also enjoyed the little side street our balcony overlooked, a quiet diarama of daily Mexican life with kids and dogs and good vibes. The room has everything you need, a comfortable King-sized bed, great shower and a little kitchen good for the odd home meal or brekkie. Great restaurants nearby include DeNuccio's and Rosa Sirenas and, for more basic Mexican fare, Bastos. Everyone we dealt with, from Julie to Melanye, Carrie to Richie, was welcoming and professional. Concierge service comes at a price but it certainly delivers a faultless, worry-free experience for anyone looking for door-to-door service from the airport at Cancun to the iron entry gate at Goleta. An excellent choice for first-timers. Thanks Isla!
